Born
September 6, 1950 in Chicago Il, Professor Sands is the founder and currently
President of the United States Fighting Arts Association.
Previously head instructor of the late Grandmaster Edwin Pagan
Garcia Jr.'s Todo Extremo Martial Arts. He is also a
representative of Sifu Robert Chapmans Bulldog Jeet Kune Do/ Kali
concepts in Orlando. He started training in the Martial Arts
in 1966, with the late Jackie Johns at John's Judo and Karate.
