Based on JKD concepts with a unique technique to gain entry, Bulldog JKD is an ideal form of self defense. It is especially suited for the elderly and for women. The basic moves are simple and easy to retain without losing their effectiveness. The moves are simple, concentrating on nerve pressure points and joint manipulation. Strikes are very effective using the "A-Frame", elbow blasting and low kicks for foot trapping. The power in strikes is doubled compared to other, less effective strikes. Weapons training is done using sticks and knives.
