Sensei James 'Quick' Sands
|
|
Started Karate in 1995: James earned
his first degree black belt in 2001 in the art of
Tae-kwon-do. James was also ranked a first degree black belt in United States
Fighting Arts in 2001. James was awarded his second degree in 2003 and his third on September
22nd 2006. He is now an apprentice instructor under Professor Vincent J. Sands.

Sensei Layla McClees |
| Starting her training
at the age of five, Layla has competed in a number of K.I.C.K.-USA karate
tournaments, winning five trophies and seven medals over the years. Layla
received her black belt on July 26, 2001. In 1996, Layla began studying
dance at the Dance Conservatory of Orlando. She performed in five different
recitals and was asked to join the company. She Graduated 8th grade from
Azalea Park Baptist School as Valedictorian and currently studies Ju-Jitsu
with her grandfather, Prof. Sands. |

Lisa Michelle Sands |

1970-Sept. 1, 2001.
A member of Azalea Park Baptist Church and lifelong resident of Orlando, Lisa
graduated from Colonial High School where she lettered in track & field and won over
13 plaques as well as three 1st place trophies in bowling. She was promoted to 1st Queue
Brown Belt by her father, Prof. Sands. |

| Sensei Andrew was born on January 31st 1990
in Orlando Florida. He stands at 5'11" and weighs about 205lbs. He has been training with
Professor Vincent J. Sands PhD since 2004. He is a multiple time state champion and has been inducted into the
Florida Cosmopolitan Hall of Fame
